1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Agent. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail and a URL so that we can locate it;
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the Designated Agent above. To be effective, it must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material removed and the location at which it appeared before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, the district in which Velvet Mirror may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
4. Repeat-Infringer Policy
Velvet Mirror will, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any other rights or remedies available to us under our Terms of Service or applicable law.
